Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 1993, pg. 7. These were excellent. I would have never thought of heating chicken salad up in a sandwich. I loved it. A lot like a tuna melt, but with chicken salad instead of tuna salad. 5 stars.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 1994, pg. 12. This sounds really weird, unusual and kind of gross, but JoAnna has never steered me wrong yet! So I gave it a try, and it was GREAT! I will for sure be making this again and again. In fact I'm going to use it to sneak veggies into my nieces and nephews meals! 5 stars.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 1996, pg. 5. These were really good. Both Vince and I liked them. To me they were a lot like meatloaf. So I of course loved them. The sauce was a little bitter though. And a little more time consuming then meatloaf. So I will give them 4 stars.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, January 1997, pg. 6. Excellent. So very refreshing. I made it in a vintage small (must be the small, not the larger regular size) jell-o mold, and my children, a friend of the children's who was visiting, and even my husband begged to try it. Every one loved it! It's very very low calories, and low Weight Watchers points! So for sure worth going into regular rotation. We will be having it again! So more surely ALL 5 stars for this recipe!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 1999, pg. 1. This was absolutely, the best meatloaf I have ever eaten in life! I did use more Worcestershire sauce then it called for, and garlic. It gets 5 stars PLUS!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, January 1999, pg. 4. This was very different. It was something between meat loaf, and corn bread. I liked it first, but the leftovers were not as good, and became boring. It receives 3 stars.

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, January 1999, pg. 5. I highly recommend them, they are VERY filling, and you get a ample amount. I am sure they would be hubby and kid approved! I highly recommend using JoAnna's Chili Seasonings for this, as it is sugar, corn syrup, and salt free, unlike other store bought Chili Seasoning. I suggest making it ahead of time, and letting it sit a while. It seemed to enhance in flavor the longer it sit. I used Splenda instead of brown sugar twin, cause the brown sugar twin has a bitter taste in my opinion. Then I added a bit of garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to balance out no brown sugar flavor. And the sweetness of the Splenda. I like it a LOT! It definitely gets 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 1999, pg. 12. This is EXCELLENT. It is such a comfort food. I haven't had goulash in years, but it was always something my mom made on spur of the moment or with left over. And we always adored it. I was glad to come across a healthy version that tasted so good too! It gets 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 2000, pg. 1. I have never had Stroganoff Meatballs before but I LOVED every bite. My mom used to make stroganoff quite often too. This sure cured that craving! I will definitely be making it again. However, I did put it over spaghetti squash instead of noodles so I could have more volume, I really liked it a lot though. It gets 5 stars hands down!

Healthy Exchanges Newsletter January 2000, pg. 5. This was extremely good. When I first made it, it tasted like a kit kat candy bar. Later it tasted more like a S'more pie. Either way it was delicious! And it was extremely easy to make. It gets 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter January 2000, pg. 5. This was excellent, I liked it as much as the Super Skillet Goulash, it was a little simpler to make too. I like both very much though and will be having both again! All 5 stars for sure!

I loved it, and will be having it again and again! Also as a hint, I have ordered but not received Jo's Pizza Seasoning yet, so instead I used Mrs. Dash Italian Medley. It was GREAT! Very Pizzaish! Definitely makes all 5 stars!
